I would give ten stars if I could ,this young man has made an old lady happy,as simple as the job may have been it has made me feel better for having the light fittings changed which I've been looking at for one year now and it's wonderful to have proper light ...lol ...I will be having more work done by this lovely young man and Thankyou Mike God bless you and see you soon . Hired Detailed Projects to install some internal insulation, they did a great job, clean and tidy, no mess, Really pleased with the finished job, Sean even did a couple of small jobs that he noticed needed doing for no extra charge, lovely polite lads, will definitely use them again,

The whole experience right from the very beginning was very professional. From quote to completion of the job I couldn’t have been happier with the work done. Our kitchen was transformed into our dream kitchen. Went above and beyond to ensure we was happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to have him Complete any future work. Only giving 5 starts because I can’t give 6!

Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

Michael was a delight. He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed on progress. His workmanship is very good and he cleaned up after himself. He took on additional work to the original job and was able to source colleagues for this. Most definitely use him again.

Lee has been fantastic. Knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. Since doing our original job of skirting boards and internal doors we’ve had him back to do an outside gate and garden decking. We will definitely have him back in the future for other jobs, and would wholeheartedly recommend him.

We accepted a quote, seemed really friendly to deal with, but then failed to respond to further communication. The job was never started. First experience of Rated People so was sceptical about using again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Eugen seemed like a nice guy and we trusted him. He was building us a standard single bed over a stair box. He started in July, it is now mid-November and after numerous messages and calls to him, he has finally replied months later, saying he won't be coming. Not only has he left it looking bad and unfinished, he has built it too small so the standard single mattress we have bought won't even fit on. We also paid him most of the total payment. DO NOT pay him until done.

We were very pleased with the jobs Pawel did for us, he was a hard worker, prompt, punctual and very pleasant to have around. When we have more things to be done we will use Pawel without question. A good choice of tradesperson.

A first rate service from start to finish, Gary quoted and then turned up when he said he would, he completed the job with the minimum of fuss and tidied up afterwards. We intend to use him again when we have the kitchen done later this year.

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.
