The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. You’d be warmly welcomed to visit our showroom in Oakham where you’ll see the articulate craftsmanship on display with our fully LVT fitted flooring designs ranging from herringbone, chevron, heritage, wood and tile effect and bespoke border work. I'm happy to supply and install your flooring, but if you just want my expertise to install/advise on any DIY projects that's fine. I can damp proof floors, fix uneven floors with screeds and plywood, lay carpets and design bespoke flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tiles. If you’d prefer us to visit your residence I can bring all samples to your home and measure up followed by a quote for your project. We are a small family run business, I have over 10 years fitting experience in the flooring sector whilst being approved retailers for some of the largest carpet and LVT brands across the country. Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do.
