Person left job half done communication poor when I ask to come and fix met with (I’ll do it when I’m in the area as you live too far) I would not recommend this person to anyone.

Can not recommend Dave and Tom enough !! They came to rip out our old, dated stud board stair wall and replaced it with a beautiful oak and metal balustrade and spindles. They are punctual, friendly and hardworking. Fabulous job done at short notice at a very good price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future jobs !! ????

Craig was able to come over very promptly and do the job the next day. The work was extraordinary value for money and excellent quality. He passed every decision by me and came up with ideas for making it work which I hadn't considered. He's friendly and very helpful. Well recommended.

Top quality job laying the floor. Problem with unevenness of first woodstain application meant it had to be sanded off and redone. However, they just got on with it and we are very happy with the result.

The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. Kelvin was polite respectful and considerate towards my elderly mother who the job was being done for. He left her home clean and tidy every evening. The standard of his work is second to none , giving consideration of her needs at all stages of the refurbishment. I would highly recommend him.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
