They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again

This is a new partnership and the first time they had used Rated People. Initially they were busy but I said I would wait. Lee Masters rang to ask if I still need the work doing, which I did. He arrived promptly, was extremely polite, efficient, good work, good value, neat and tidy. Although only a small job, will use them again. Can recommend following this experience.

Outstanding - it's as simple as that. Honest, diligent and real craftsmen who take the time to explain everything beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want. Very competitively priced, they proved willing to go the extra mile and have true pride in their work. Reliable and very personable, they work hard to ensure a minimum of disruption and dirt/dust is carried through during the work. I would not hesitate in having the team back to do other work - I know it will be done right first time and honestly. Can't recommend highly enough.

Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. Graham was punctual and worked pretty much non-stop until the job was finished. He obviousIy knows what he's doing with flooring and I'm delighted with the result. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him for this type of job.

Overall excellent bathroom renovation - great advice, good attention to detail, reliable and conscientious service. Job involved carpentry, plastering, plumbing and tiling which Dan performed himself. Looks great and very pleased with the result.

Keith is excellent. Couldn't recommend him enough. Very creative too as he had a difficult job here with us and really worked hard to give us the best result and finish.
