Paul and his team were very professional in their approach and work. They listened to what we needed, and even with the extra unexpected work we asked of them still finished on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them for any addition work that I need.

This is a new partnership and the first time they had used Rated People. Initially they were busy but I said I would wait. Lee Masters rang to ask if I still need the work doing, which I did. He arrived promptly, was extremely polite, efficient, good work, good value, neat and tidy. Although only a small job, will use them again. Can recommend following this experience.

Outstanding - it's as simple as that. Honest, diligent and real craftsmen who take the time to explain everything beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want. Very competitively priced, they proved willing to go the extra mile and have true pride in their work. Reliable and very personable, they work hard to ensure a minimum of disruption and dirt/dust is carried through during the work. I would not hesitate in having the team back to do other work - I know it will be done right first time and honestly. Can't recommend highly enough.

They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again

Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. Roy helped me fix a problem with my karndeen flooring that no one else would touch. He did an excellent job and was a very nice personable guy. I had no hesitation in giving him another job of carpeting my stairs and bedrooms. His price was extremely competitive and matched any carpet store. I would recommend him for all aspects of flooring. It is not very often you get a tradesman of this quality. Use him you will not be disappointed.

Overall excellent bathroom renovation - great advice, good attention to detail, reliable and conscientious service. Job involved carpentry, plastering, plumbing and tiling which Dan performed himself. Looks great and very pleased with the result.

Although he was let down by his supplier, in as much that there was a delay in delivery of some of the order, he has done tha job by the deadline for which I am most grateful. It appears to be a very satisfactory job. Will probably use his firm again if I need any works done. Your organisation seems to be very useful!
