Robert and his son were excellent from start to finish. They worked to a high standard of professionalism, were polite and respectful of my home as well as ticking every box regarding what I had asked to be done. Ernie was so helpful from our initial conversation. He popped round to quote and came the following week to complete the job. He completed the job quickly and exactly what we expected. He has fixed our creaking floor boards which was driving us mental, couldn’t thank him enough!!

Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. Roy was punctual every day, he worked hard, knew what he was doing, making sure I was happy with the work and keeping me informed of how the job was going. I found both David and Sean very approachable and accommodating and no request or change was too much trouble. Sean agreed the initial specification / price / timescales etc while David provided the Joinery skills and this worked very well and we were always kept well informed. The work was carried out to our requirements to a high standard and in a very clean and tidy manor and we were left very pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend Timber Lab if seeking a good, reliable service.

Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
