Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. I gave Peter this rating because I found him to be a very good tradesman. He did a confident job replacing my internal doors. He visited beforehand to explain what can be done which was a very good help to me. He tidied up after him, very polite, helpful and respectful. His price was reasonable. Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

Frank designed, implemented and completed an extremely difficult job to a very high standard. Even after discovering hidden issues after completely going back to brick wall Frank was never phased and gave us options on each case. Frank and his team made what could have been a stressful time a walk in the park. We will be using Frank again, finding reliable tradesmen is difficult these days.
