A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. We had Adam back to laminate a couple of corridors which have several doorways and step ups to different levels with step noses required, so quite complicated. He did a great job overall cutting under door posts to fit the laminate and the stair noses look fantastic. Very pleased with a great standard.
