A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Hass from Comforooms had a tricky problem to investigate the cause of a leaky shower that had caused damage. It was more complicated than initially thought, but Hass pin-pointed the issues and explained what was required. He and his workmen were very skilled and tidy. Hass is extremely methodical and knows what he is doing. An excellent job, 5 out of 5. Will use again for sure.

A friendly man named Darren visited and completed the job . Although the price was reduced from his original quote, for what the job was I still think it was a little overpriced. Nonetheless I was happy with the end result. I will complete the final section and paint the accompanying side door by painting it at a later date.

Excellent service. Very reasonable quote compared to two other companies. When the workers arrived they asked if I was ok with them wearing their outdoor footwear. They collected the items from upstairs, being very careful not to damage any wallpaper, ceilings or door frames. Very polite.
