Lucas did a fantastic job of sanding, fixing and varnishing our wooden floor in our small back bedroom. He was very professional and friendly and even helped with trying to fix a leak in a water pipe below the floorboard . Kept in constant contact with us too. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended!

I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150

I am very happy with the service Ionut offered. He offered a reasonable price, he was available with less notice than my local carpet shop could offer. He came on time to the job & was fully prepared. He fitted 2 carpets for me & both have been fitted excellently, can’t complain about a thing. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
