Remus was a dream come true, we’ve been meaning to get our garden done in years. I had plans in my head of how it will all unfold and turn out. However Remus exceeded all our expectations. Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. Very reliable and excellent quality work, good follow up and amazingly helpful at solving problems arising during fitting - including taking me in their van to find some extra carpet for the hall. Easy to deal with and responsive, there were unexpected costs, but this was largely down to me not understanding the basis of the original quote. Would highly recommend.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year.
