Hi I am shaun, Im self employed. I am able to confidently take on all types of home improvements from decorating to floor laying to plumbing etc etc. I have now been doing this line of work as a sole trader for over 15 years in the Nottingham and derby areas although my work has took me all over the uk. All my work is carried out to the highest of standards by my self and others when the task requires more personnel. The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
