Turned up on time, with clear comms in advance to agree date/time. Courteous and reliable. Consulted with me to ensure we achieved what was required with minimal 'making good' required. Cleaned up afterwards. Highly competitive in his pricing. I am very happy with the quality of the work Karl produced. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Rob did an excellent job replacing the storage heaters with electric heaters and installing a new one in the kitchen.
