Myles was everything I wanted (and needed) from a technical guy. I had a new tv/soundbar system that I had hooked up to my blueray+sky box. All was installed - but just not working quite right. Nothing serious, just lots of niggly issues that were detracting from a brilliant system. Not only did he solve all the niggles, but got my remote controls down from 5 to just one. Sheer bliss. Steve gave me an estimate over the phone, which he confirmed when he visited. He set to work on all of the electrical fittings I needed installing, doing an excellent job, then asked if I needed anything else doing and fixed something else that hadn't worked for years! He tidied up afterwards and was very polite and professional. His rate was also very reasonable and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
