a bit greedy// advised them that I have an estimate already to do bathroom small and kitchen for 4000 pounds from fmb approved builder // if I do both///they told me 4500 pounds///I told this is a cut throat market but they wont come down in price and lisen to the advice //jobs given to fmb approved builders for 4000 pounds///// what they forget that I am the boss with money and if I am not pleased then bye//bye//no boss is going to pay extra 500 pounds// hum bug

We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

George was on time and fitted two of the three blinds but that was due to the structure of the wall and window which was out of his control. He fitted a curtain pole on the window frame instead. The only thing to improve on is not to use a bed with white covers as a holding place for tools or other materials. The blinds job was great! Thank you :)

Steve gave me an estimate over the phone, which he confirmed when he visited. He set to work on all of the electrical fittings I needed installing, doing an excellent job, then asked if I needed anything else doing and fixed something else that hadn't worked for years! He tidied up afterwards and was very polite and professional. His rate was also very reasonable and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. All in all, highly recommended, we would not hesitate to contact the guys again for further work.

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.
