When communicating with Mr Mercer it became clear that he is keen to provide good service and value for money, rather than take advantage for a quick buck. The job I needed was a small one, so small a lot of people weren’t interested. However Mr Mercer could see it was an accident waiting happen and helped me out.

Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.

Levi is a brilliant plasterer. Arrived promptly on time on the scheduled date and was extremely considerate when on the property. No damage and all flooring/surfaces were suitably covered. Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job).
