a bit greedy// advised them that I have an estimate already to do bathroom small and kitchen for 4000 pounds from fmb approved builder // if I do both///they told me 4500 pounds///I told this is a cut throat market but they wont come down in price and lisen to the advice //jobs given to fmb approved builders for 4000 pounds///// what they forget that I am the boss with money and if I am not pleased then bye//bye//no boss is going to pay extra 500 pounds// hum bug

Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. My name is Max Akkaya and my company started with plumbing and bathroom refurbishments after graduating from my NVQ level 2 course in Heating and Ventilation. In the last 20 years we have evolved into One Stop Design and Construction Ltd - a fully insured company that covers all aspects of home improvements such as loft conversions, extensions and bespoke refurbishments.
