They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. He is a highly competent, hard working, very competitive worker. His work is flawless and he is very versatile. He has completed many jobs after the first job was completed. Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

Hired to sand, fill, prime and paint a front door, and surrounding wood work. Did a very poor job I am afraid. Not sanded back or filled well (filler not made good, lumpy). Not primed. Looks like painted with treacle. Drips everywhere, matt patches, marks on adjoining white paintwork. I paid almost 30% of agreed price (£350) to cover time and materials but to be fair I really shouldn't have even paid that as the whole job needs to be done again. Shame as Harry is a pleasant guy but just not skilled.
