But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. I had about 55 packed boxes to be removed from Neasden (NW10 0AW) to a storage facility in Romford. My flat was on the first floor. They were put on the van, brought into the facility and stacked in the there quickly and efficiently. I had to go with the van so that they could access the facility. I’m unlikely to use them for this purpose again but I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a similar job done.

IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.
