Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

Hi we are a family run business. We have been for 30+years. We do 10/10 Gardening and Landscape jobs. All of our customers are always satisfied and always happy to have us back to do more.
Not trustworthy. Told me he was running a limited company, then when I asked for details, told me the company number is his telephone number! Told me he would supply an invoice for payment, but didn't. Instead just sent a text with his bank details. When I queried about the invoice he said , it will come after payment. No surprise, invoice didn't turn up. And when I called/texted/emailed he just ignored me. I don't trust all of the work was done, but i wasn't able to supervise as I'm not nearby.
Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
