The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted

We have just had our garden completely made over and landscaped by Bruce and Seamus. An absolutely outstanding job we are beyond delighted. From the very first meeting to discuss the project, to the moment they swept up on the final day it has been a breeze. Come rain and considerable shine they marched on transforming a sad old patch into something we are truly proud of. Nothing was too much trouble, creative thinking mixed with true artisan skills. Highly recommended!

Paul was very efficient and professional. I liked getting a printed quote and then a printed invoice at the end. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property. He was also able to complete the work quickly and I am very pleased with the finished work so much so that I have asked him to quote for more work. An excellent choice!

2.5 months after the work was done, we still have water leaking through light fixture in kitchen. Called out a plumber who we have known for 5 years and he said that the pipes should have been changed at the time of the building work. The anaesthetics of the shower are brilliant but the initial problem still remains and this could have been sorted out all in one go. Also lots of rubble left under the shower. Huge mess with the leak. Maybe a one off problem but disappointed with longevity of the work.

Martyn turned up on time every visit and worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. His plumbing works look excellent and I shall be using him again. More expensive than I anticipated but as I said very difficult conditions and I had little idea of the costs involved.
