The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

Work was completed and I paid immediately, however after repeated requests I have not received a receipt so unable to claim back as an expense.

We had a couple of awkward unfinished jobs in our garden and needed some help to finish them. Alex helped suggest options and gave us a quote, which we were happy with. Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Excellent advice was given in areas we were unsure of to get the best result. Joe was very methodical and precise in his work which reflected in the excellent overall finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.
