Adam was polite, professional and friendly both on the telephone and in person. He scheduled a visit within two days and turned up exactly on time. He took the time to explain the options clearly and in full. He fixed the fault completely. Adam was respectful of the property, including tidying up afterwards. My impression is that Adam is totally honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use his services again when the need arises, and indeed will recommend him to family and friends.

I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job. Would recommend and would use DRM Enterprise again in the future.

An absolute star. Managed to put up with my wife's last minute changes, and additional work that just seemed to "crop up". Arrived when he said he would, clean, tidy, excellent. Will definitely use Donald again, and would recommend him to anyone.

It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

Martyn's reply was prompt, he was able to service the gas fire at a time convenient to us and he was very knowledgeable. Not only that but he was courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and certainly will not be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future.
