You sent to VQ RatedPeople partial message which is misleading.You sent an unqualified person to work on his own and perform gas safe on my boiler and mains without a qualification.You came to my house after a few days and I asked you to put things right,but you chose to leave swearing.I even paid for a boiler service which in fact was a gas safe with some printouts,performed by Kien alone who is not qualified.How can anyone be happy with all these?! Where is your pride and professionalism?

Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. Me and Oskar my apprentice always finish jobs to a high standard. As with Stuart my painter who's eye for detail is second to none We have public liability so are insured for all jobs we take on. Great job. Quick fair quote, undertook the work straight away. Work was completed to a very high standard. Before starting showed the problem with photos taken from the roof so that I had a clear understanding of the work. Pictures at the end show completed work.
No job too small
We were given a price and the job turned out to be very easy. He slid the existing smoke alarms off and replaced them with new ones. He didn’t check they worked. No electrical expertise required. We felt the cost was excessive for this service. He was polite and respectful.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
