I’ve worked for various social housing providers installing wet rooms bathrooms, heating systems kitchen tiling, and many other tasks. Adam quickly assessed the problem with my non-functioning panel heater; it seems I had accidentally engaged the child-lock! The display doesn't show this, so I had no idea. Noting this particular heater was woefully underpowered for a lounge at 750 Watts (selected by a previous owner!), I agreed Adam should go fetch a new, 2000W one. So, job done same day with minimum of fuss.
