Tony gave a good break down on the quote for a number of jobs as we knew we would not be able to have all the work completed at once. We agreed a date for the first part of the works, Tony arrived promptly everyday, the job was completed to a high standard, his knowledge helped us to make decisions. Scott & his dad replaced my garden gate & also installed a new fence panel. Very professional & friendly service I had a quote within 2 hours of them visiting. Very reasonable price, the gate was made by them & is very good quality & alot sturdier than the old one. Both that & the fence panel look great. I will definitely keep their details for any future jobs. Highly recommend them.

Initially, Andy gave us excellent advice on how we could achieve the best result on insulating the wall. The work was then carried out efficiently and professionally giving us an excellent result. He was always prompt, polite and tidy.

The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

I can thoroughly recommend John. He expertly fitted six oak veneer doors for me and did an excellent job overcoming the challenges of my door frames, none of which were square and precisely vertical. He is reliable and amiable and I will certainly be calling him for future work that I have planned.
