Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. The work didn't go ahead as there was some dispute on liability of the cost of the repairs between the buyer and the seller. I just got a quote from the trade person. Alistair is very reliable person and I will be very happy to contact him for any future electrical repairs. thanks

Simon came with sort notice to fix a plumbing issue unresolved by another plumber. He diagnosed the problem and came back to fix the part required. The price is very reasonable, he was on time, polite and is not on our phone contacts as our newreliable local plumber in Windermere. Jill

Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
