After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. I had problems with my combi-boiler and Aengus contacted me about my job. He gave several troubleshooting tests over the phone, and when came around, was on time, diagnosed the problem, worked tidily and has fixed the problem. He covers a variety of job types and I will look to him in future.

Thouroughly happy with the work completed by Darren. Turn up when expected, questioned the designs that I had which showed that he had an interest in doing the job right. Completed some extra works with no complaints (removal of vegetation that I was supposed to do!). And most importantly, a perfect end product which now puts the rest of the house to shame. I would be happy to recommend Darren to anyone for similar work, and have already asked him for quotes to complete some more work. Thank you!

We are a Managing Agent and the property is out of our area. However, we were sent a comprehensive quotation for the replacement of a fence and gate and on completion of the work we received photographs. Excellent job and job quoted and completed within a week.

Initially, Andy gave us excellent advice on how we could achieve the best result on insulating the wall. The work was then carried out efficiently and professionally giving us an excellent result. He was always prompt, polite and tidy.
