Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return. I liked Mr Harris ,his manner and he came across as someone you cold trust.

they came out give me a quote said they would do the job with a couple of nice days as soon as got nice days were round did the job cleaned up everything looks immaculate

Ben Inman made an excellent job of rebuilding my garden wall at a very reasonable price. He communicated well, turned up when he said he would at the crack of dawn, and cleared up thoroughly. Well recommended.

My garden had got so overgrown and was, quite frankly, a bit of an embarrassment.These guys did a fantastic job sorting it out and so quickly as well - I called to arrange on a Sunday afternoon, and they were able to complete the job by the time I was back from work the next day. Great value for money as well, would highly recommend.

Kevin and his team did a great job from start to finish. I am very happy with their service. They exactly did that job what they quoted for. Furthermore, they were able to complete some extra repointing free of charge. I would definitely recommend them. I have now asked them to quote for a porch.

We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful.
