Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
