The original quote wasn't raised in the middle of the job with the excuse of some problem we had no idea about. Happy with the various plumbing tasks complete, and then a kitchen fit. Approachable/ nice to work with. When I had to change the timings a couple of times to fit in with other tradesmen, they were understanding and adaptable. And when I had ad hoc tasks, including one in a different property, they were quick to respond.
