As Sam only had one rating I was reluctant to hire Sam. He did the job & now the boiler works. My husband was a builder before retiring & I am used to sending out an invoice & waiting up to a week before bothering people with demands for payment. I think its disrespectful to demand payment straight away. Also an invoice is to be expected, in my opinion.

He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
