Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. Paul was very efficient and professional. I liked getting a printed quote and then a printed invoice at the end. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property.
