I am more than happy to recommend Rob and certainly will be to Family and friends. He arrived at precisely the time we had arranged and got straight into the work. He did a great job and did it quickly, even though it turned out more complicated than we'd first thought. He was a really nice person which is always important when you are getting a stranger into your house to do work. I will definitely be calling on Rob next time I need some work done in my flat. Mark was helpful, punctual and reliable. He offered professional advice when needed and also did exactly what was asked when I knew what I wanted. A fair price, he did all the plumbing and adaptations to the kitchen exactly when he said he would. I've already recommended him to others!

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Very pleasant man, from the time he came round to quote for the job to the day he started he kept me updated. Always on time, worked long hours and most importantly did a very good job. A very pleasant man who can be trusted in the house. Would reccommend to friends and family.

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola
