Shaun and his team have done a stellar job from start to finish. He came out to give me a quote and explained exactly what he was going to do and even making helpful suggestions. I've not been able to be at the property whilst they carried out the work but they just cracked on and did a fantastic job on our office, staying within budget and the timeframe. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
