Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work. They tiled and fitted a new shower, taps and flooring in my bathroom nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of my home and worked very hard to finish in a short space of time. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
