He was also very flexible to my requests and went beyond what I had requested by painting an area of stairway which looked marked - at no additional cost. He also included the ceilings in the price. James is the tidiest plasterer I have met. No dust or mess in the house or at the front of my house where he mixed some of the plaster. The actual job is also very neat.
