The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

Sorry I never know what to write in these things. I found Leroy to be friendly and honest with me regarding the work that needed doing (replacing tubing in loft). He listened to me and what I wanted and what my restrictions were and that was important to me as many who have gone before haven't. He completed the work within the given time and completely to my satisfaction. I am happy to recommend him to you and if something comes up I wouldn't hesitate myself.

Greg is a fantastic multi skilled tradesman, he responded quickly and quoted a fair price. He managed to paint and wallpaper our living room, fit shelves, mount our telly on top of other tasks but most impressively tiled our kitchen in record time. Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance!
