Karl was punctual as arranged. He completed the job to a very good standard - cleaning up after himself. I have asked him to quote me for coving several rooms/areas of my house.

Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Matty replastered a whole house for us and did an excellent job. Cracked on early every day and finished in the 2 weeks he stated. Nice guy and works very clean and tidy. Was competetive with other quotes we received. We are having some more work on our house soon and will be using MBR. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Andy offered to come and look at the job very soon after we posted it and, by chance, was available to do it the following day - and at a very reasonable price. We found Andy to be polite and friendly. He worked quietly and completed the job to a high standard, taking great care to protect the floors and surrounding paintwork, and cleaning up carefully before he left. We can thoroughly recommend Andy, and we hope to use him again in the future.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time.
