We undertake structural steelwork,renovations and ,we have completed many house refurbishments for local developers in recent years,mostly in the Chester area We have built new build houses. Fit new fascia and gutter systems.We offer plastering services,We always promise to be competitive on price whilst providing a top class service.We are always fair in our price and customer satisfaction is paramount. .

Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
