George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Greens builders and home maintenance
Paul and his son turned up Saturday morning and worked the whole weekend to finish the job. They completed a fantastic job.. They found a lot more damage under the felt but did not increase the price. Very polite at all times and they are the first builders i have seen not using their mobile phones during the whole job. I was very impressed with Ben & Pete from PJPS Construction, they were friendly, professional and stayed late to get the job finished ahead of the estimated timescale. Plaster work is great in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom. I would definitely recommend them.

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Turned up on time though didn't keep to his time scale (aware that some problems can't be avoided). Disappointed with the quality of work carried out to my bay window. Couple of excuses. Little extras not carried out. Stated he would return to finish a few things but hasn't. Not one to complain too much just wouldn't hire again and wouldn't recommend.
