So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Derek started very well, said he would fit bathroom in 4 days. He seemed a very honest and genuine chap. We went away after 5 days with very little to do so we paid him in full. On our return we found shower tray chipped tile chipped, shower tray overflowing and leaking, called him back several times, each time he said it was fixed, but was getting worse, bathroom was getting flooded, For last 8 weeks he's ignored me with exscuses and I believe he has no intention of putting right the problems he has caused
