George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. Timing was not an issue. Unfortunately quality of the work was. We since were able to find someone we were much happier with, who did proper preparation and did not ruin our belongings by getting paint on them.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
We love Georgi! He has built us a new garden wall, followed by a bin store / green roof and a side shed / tiled roof. I have asked him to quote for 2 other projects. He's honest, nice mannered, polite and friendly to the neighbours and a perfectionist in his work. Amazing. I couldn't recommend him higher. The whole street has realised.
