I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Attention to detail was superb. This became particularly evident during the snagging process when they picked up on things we had not noticed. Would definitely highly recommend them. Happy to leave them alone in our house as they were conscientious and reliable. Delighted with the quality of their work and the customer service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us good advice.

In summary, extremely impressed. Tony was able to fix a longstanding issue with uneven brick paving in block of flats I manage the next day at a very reasonable rate and with great communication throughout. Will be reaching out to him for other jobs as they arise due to his professionalism.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Florin's work on my new staircase was excellent. His work was clean and tidy. When there were opportunities to take short cuts, he didn't, always completing a thorough and professional job. He gave advice and talked through each of the options carefully. His work was completed on time and on budget. His team were courteous, polite and cleaned up every day. The final job was better than expected. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Darius is honest and reliable. He was ready to start at our convenience and sourced the materials needed. He didn't rush anything and was happy to do some extra jobs that cropped up last minute. We will definitely use him again

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Anthony and Geoff are great people to work with. They gave a competitive quote and realistic time schedule - both of which were kept to. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Work finished to a high standard and am very pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to use them again and very happy to recommend. Nice guys, great workers.
