George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!

Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

NVQ level 6 Qualified with IOSH, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness amongst others. Liam has been in the industry for 14 years and is a qualified electrician by trade and can turn his hand to anything. Liam has a multitude of experience and also has various plant licences such as Digger, telehandler. We undertake all works and give a 12 month warranty.
Very pleased with the work that CJS did. Worked very hard for 3 days solid and solved a few issues on day one with no fuss. Very professional and nice guys. Would recommend anyone to hire these guys.
All work completed in a timely manor and quoted a very reasonable price for the work. Would definitely recommend for building and plastering work.
