Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Tony quoted for installing an old cast iron fireplace in our front room. What I liked was that after looking at the job, he said he would go away and work out the price (which was great value) - Others that quoted would give a price there on the spot which made me feel like they were 'plucking a figure out of the air' or trying their luck! Tony & Bob did a fantastic job which looks great. They were very tidy, polite, punctual and got the job done within the time quoted. Would definitely recommend to anyone

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I hired Laurence and his team for external painting of my house and an alley way. The work was carried out by Laurence and Monty. They were extremely polite, very hard working and meticulous in their job. Laurence and Monty completely transformed my house. Their attention to detail was perfect. Laurence took extra effort to make sure that everything is done to a very high standard. They arrived on time, kept me updated with the progress and cleaned after finishing their work. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
