Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Mr Tom came round gave a quote and by the weekend had started and finished the job. His work was of glass finish and he gave me great advice on other jobs that needed to be done. Mariusz was very professional. He arrived to quote when agreed. He explained the work that was needed and how long it would take, and was on time each day. He also fixed some unknown issues. The quality of work was high and completed within the agreed time frame, and also he was a very tidy worker. His quote was also very fair, relative to some others I got. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend. The job was a porcelain tile patio regrouting and some tiles that were loose.

Arthur was the epitome of a professional. I’m a solo female buyer, a first time buyer and first time renovator so I was nervous that I would get taken advantage of.
