M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Jeremy and his team did a great job with our internal refurbishment. They were always polite and courteous and tidied as they went. Jeremy would always discuss any issues and would be helpful with suggestions and advice if required. All of the team treated the house with respect and transformed it from a tired 80's look to a modern and bright place with a wow factor. Special thanks to Jez and his bro Josh and to Tim the painter.

Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! The guys were very honest, easy to get along with and when ever we had any issues , suggestions or addition things doing they sorted straight away. Would highly recommend.

I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Very fast to quote, responded quickly to our questions, moved some jobs around to fit us in as quickly as possible as the storm had made our garden completely open to the outside world. Came in, did the job within a couple of days, took all of the rubbish from the old fence away, staff were friendly and presentable and the fence seems to be good quality so overall very pleased. Would definitely use them again.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry.
