We are a small family business with over 40 years experience in the building trade. I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. Hi I'm Martyn. I have been in the trade since I was 16, so a lot of years and experience. We do everything from footings to the roof. We work with a structural engineer with the bigger jobs and also do steel erected building's, we can go as far as saying we do demolition to a degree depending on the job. Also we do groundwork from a footing for a wall or a big dig out for a drive...we can change a few tiles or do a full re roof. No job too big or small get in touch we do it all. Martin Walker did a good job but trying to get him back to fix faults has been frustrating, at first he promised not to let me down but never turned up and now he won't even answer my calls. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and I have only written this after a nearly a year of trying to get him back to fix faults in the original installation.

Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.
