We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! Top quality service, very happy with the results. Robert ended up working in the dark due to traffic congestion on his way back from the DIY. He works very hard and gets the job done quickly and efficiently despite weather conditions. Would highly recommend this company.

As this is a holiday cottage I am usually not around when Alan and his team come to maintain the garden. This is not an issue as they always do a professional job & keep the garden looking lovely. Would recommend them highly

Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Nathan was on time and very polite he did all the work to a high standard showing photos so I could see for myself. Very reasonable price also, highly recommended
